Software alerts. Expert follow-through when needed.

Express and Scale keep your evidence and review history together and flag supported source changes. You decide what those changes mean for your product. Ongoing compliance support adds scheduled human review of agreed hardware, firmware, evidence and market changes.

The expert service has its own consultation allowance and review dates. Software fees are separate unless the accepted quotation explicitly includes the subscription. Additional work and third-party testing require agreement.

Questions about the offer

When should I choose Scale?

Scale is for a small team managing a growing product portfolio: up to 10 finalised active products, 90 new generated documents and 400 AIRA questions per usage month, and three members including administrators. Allowances are shared by the organisation. It includes the same documentation workflows as Express, with more capacity and team collaboration. It costs €180/month or €1,728 paid upfront per year. Human expert services are ordered separately.

Can I upgrade or return to Express?

Administrators request changes in Billing and confirm the exact price, prorations and date in Stripe. A paid upgrade grants the new capacity after payment confirmation. A lower-priced plan is scheduled at renewal; first reduce the team and pending invitations and archive products to fit the smaller capacity. Archived evidence and signed records are retained read-only. Changing tier and payment interval during a downgrade takes two steps: reduce the tier at the existing interval first.

What is included in the €60 subscription?

Express includes the software for one finalised product, up to 10 new generated documents and 100 AIRA questions per usage month, private evidence, review records, electronic signing and supported source-change alerts. AI-assisted drafts require your review and actual product evidence. Software subscriptions do not include a personal expert review, laboratory testing, certification or authorised representation.

How does the annual option work?

Do I need Express to order an expert service?

No. A verified Cenitia account lets you track expert-service projects, exchange private files and accept a quotation without a software subscription. Subscribe to Express if you also want to use the product-documentation software.

How is ongoing expert support different from source-change alerts?

Express flags changes on supported source pages for your assessment. Ongoing compliance support adds a person who reviews agreed product changes and evidence, on scheduled review dates and within a defined consultation allowance. It is a separate €190–390/month service; Express is included only if the accepted quotation expressly says so.

When do I pay for expert work?

The enquiry is free. We assess suitability and issue a written quotation with deliverables, exclusions, timing, fees, VAT treatment and service terms. Work starts after your authorised acceptance and payment confirmation. Laboratory and notified-body costs need separate agreement before booking.

Does any package guarantee conformity or appoint an EU representative?

No. Software, document review and a technical-file handover do not certify the product or guarantee an authority’s decision. The manufacturer retains its statutory responsibilities. Representation remains enquiry-only and requires separate eligibility approval and an accepted product-specific written mandate.
