Provider and service

Cenitia is operated by Inovasense s.r.o.; see the Imprint. It provides product-law mapping, AI-assisted drafts, evidence management, review/signature records and source-change alerts for professional users. The catalogue is limited: IVDR, batteries, WEEE, GPSR, national rules and detailed common-charger requirements may need additional assessment. Manufacturers and responsible operators retain statutory duties.

Review and responsibility

Provide accurate product/market-date/manufacturer details, dated standards and actual test/assessment evidence, with authority to act. AI can omit or misstate law and facts. Scores are quality or self-reported coverage signals, not probabilities of legal compliance. Review obligations, evidence and flags before signing or relying on a document. Cenitia is not a notified body, accreditation service or independent conformity certificate. Library material is general information; specific products require appropriate technical/legal assessment.

Accounts and permitted use

Protect credentials and assign appropriate roles. Have rights to uploaded material and a lawful basis for personal data. Do not upload unnecessary personal/confidential material, infringe rights, bypass access controls, attack the service or create false declarations. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary for security or compliance with law.

Subscriptions and billing

Checkout/order specifies plan, currency, price, features/quotas, billing period and any trial. Recurring subscriptions renew under those terms until cancelled through billing controls. Changes/cancellation follow the applicable order and period. Stripe handles payments. These terms do not add unadvertised SLA, refund or compensation promises; mandatory rights remain unaffected. Separately accepted orders/service agreements govern additional commercial commitments.

Expert services, external testing and representation

Indicative prices on Expert services exclude VAT. An enquiry creates no paid order, laboratory booking or representative appointment. The written quotation and attached order-specific terms identify the product family/versions, markets, work, deliverables, allowance, exclusions, fees, applicable VAT, timing and any renewal/cancellation arrangements. An authorised customer accepts that version; work starts after recorded payment confirmation. The project portal itself does not charge a card or set up recurring payments. Software subscriptions and third-party fees are included only when expressly agreed.

Cenitia has no testing laboratory and is not a notified body. Named laboratories are publicly researched candidates, without an implied partnership. Exact methods, editions, accreditation/designation where required, samples, fees and availability need written confirmation. Customer approval of scope, additional costs, billing arrangement and necessary evidence disclosure is required before booking. The identified laboratory or specialist performs its agreed role; Cenitia remains responsible for its own agreed work and applicable non-excludable duties.

Authorised representation is enquiry-only until separately approved provider readiness, eligibility, insurance and an accepted written mandate cover the actual product and legal role. Do not use Inovasense or another provider’s name/address as representative merely because an account, quotation or file exists. Medical-device and AI specialist requests require a suitably qualified separately approved provider. Representation does not transfer all manufacturer obligations or remove liabilities imposed by law. Termination, authority cooperation, document availability and handover must follow the mandate and applicable law.

Signatures, PDFs and public URLs

The built-in signing workflow records a simple electronic signature and review decision. It does not provide qualified or independently validated advanced signatures, qualified trust-service certificates, PAdES signing or PDF/A validation. eIDAS Article 25(1) protects against rejection solely for electronic form; handwritten-equivalent effect under Article 25(2) is specific to qualified signatures. Use an appropriate external trust service where needed.

Signed content and archived PDF identity are locked. PDF failure is reported separately from signature success. Public QR verification establishes recorded issuance, not every applicable requirement/test. Simplified declarations require accessible full PDFs. Manufacturers must maintain required copies, availability and retention independently of subscription status.

Source monitoring

Supported EU source pages are checked for changes. Failed fetches and validated-text changes require assessment and do not prove a legislative amendment, updated corpus, or coverage of every corrigendum, standard edition or national law. Legal-source summaries are versioned separately. Alerts do not replace review of authoritative texts.

Data and closure

See the Privacy Policy. Customer data processed on instructions requires the applicable Article 28 DPA. Export before closure. Deletion has a 30-day cancellation period and may require review of shared records, signed-document retention and actual legal duties. Cenitia does not promise perpetual storage or erasure of other members’ business records when one account closes.

Availability and governing law

Maintenance, provider/network outages and source failures may affect availability. No uninterrupted-availability or conformity guarantee is made. Nothing excludes rights/liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Slovak law applies subject to mandatory protections.
