1. Who runs this site
cenitia.com is operated by Inovasense s.r.o., with registered office at Karpatské námestie 7770/10A, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia. 2. What this site does today
During the pre-launch phase cenitia.com is a marketing site and waitlist. There is no paid product available yet. Articles in the Library are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. For binding interpretation of EU regulations, consult a qualified Notified Body or EU compliance lawyer.
3. Joining the waitlist
When you submit your email address to the waitlist, you consent to receive a single notification email at the time the Cenitia product launches. We do not send newsletters or marketing drip during the waitlist phase. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing privacy@cenitia.com.
4. Intellectual property
All content on cenitia.com — including articles, regulatory analysis, product marketing copy, and visuals — is owned by Inovasense s.r.o. unless explicitly attributed otherwise. You may quote or reference content with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.
5. No warranty
Content is provided “as is”. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose, and we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on this content. EU regulations are amended; check the primary EUR-Lex source before acting on any specific claim.
6. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of cenitia.com are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bratislava, Slovakia, without prejudice to consumer rights under EU law.
7. Changes
We will update these terms when the paid product launches. Material changes that affect waitlist signups will be notified by email to the address you provided.
